Business Class on Connecting Flights
Depending on the duration of your flight, will determine the amenities of your business class flight experience. Every airline offers some sort of business class, but a flight between Houston and New York, will not have the same type of business class seats, as a flight from New York to Dubai.
Domestic Business Class
Since flights inside the continental United States are as long as 6 hours, or only 30 minutes, the business class section may not offer lie-flat seats. If you need to fly from Houston to Dallas, or vice versus, you may end up on a “puddle jumper” propeller plane.
The new trend in America is for airlines to make unique names for their business class service. JetBlue started offering its Mint Class, while Delta has; Delta One, Delta Premium Select, First Class, and Delta Comfort Plus.
International Business Class
When traveling across the ocean, most travelers assume that they will have a lie-flat seat in business class. This is not always the case, and some airlines are still flying old planes, with the old style of business class.
Airlines like Etihad have a top-notch Business Class, with unique seating configurations for couples and single travelers. Their cabins offer seats in both directions, so you will not need to climb over your seatmate.
